THE LORD IS WITH ME

Sometimes the noise of life—chaos, pressure, responsibilities, and endless demands—pulls our attention away from the One who stands beside us. When our focus shifts from God to circumstances, anxiety quietly replaces peace, and fear begins to overshadow faith.

Yet Scripture anchors us in this truth: God has not moved. He has not withdrawn. When we feel distant, it is not His presence that changed—it is our perspective.

I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.” – Psalm 16:8

Notice the word always. Not occasionally. Not only in crisis. Always.
To keep our eyes on the Lord is to make Him our reference point—our center of gravity—in every decision, challenge, and season. When He is at our right hand, the place of strength and defense, stability becomes our portion.

His presence is not symbolic; it is sustaining.

“You will fill me with joy in your presence.” – Psalm 16:11

In His presence, there is peace for troubled hearts, purpose for uncertain paths, provision for daily needs, protection in adversity, and joy that is not dependent on circumstances. This is not something we strive for. It flows freely from the relationship we have with Him.

Today, whatever troubles you, shift your focus. Fix your eyes on Him.

With confidence, declare:
“The Lord God is with me. I will not be shaken. He is my refuge.”
