THE LORD IS MY EVER-PRESENT HELP

Sometimes life feels isolating — as though you are walking through it alone. No one to lean on. No strength left to continue.

But Scripture redirects our focus to the true Source of our help:

“My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” – Psalm 121:2

Our strength is not rooted in self-reliance, determination, or human support. It flows from dependence on God. The One who created heaven and earth is fully able to sustain the life He created. He does not merely encourage from a distance — He empowers from within.

He supplies supernatural strength to move beyond the hurt, endure the pressure, and overcome life’s challenges.

God does not watch over you as a passive observer. He is not a distant spectator. He is actively involved — guarding, sustaining, and preserving.

“The Lord will keep you from all harm” – Psalm 121:7

His protection is intentional. His presence is constant. His provision is sufficient.

Today, be reminded:
God sees you. He keeps you. He strengthens you.

With confidence, declare:

“The Lord is with me. He is my strength. I will overcome.”

With Him, no pain is wasted. No tear goes unnoticed.
He is your Keeper. He is your strength.

" Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus ". -Philippians 1:6 In Nehemiah Chapter Two, we find Nehemiah heavily burdened by the news he received about the city of Jerusalem, whose walls were broken down and gates burned with fire. Nehemiah, still in exile, served as a cupbearer for the Persian king. As he was serving the king with wine, the king noticed that Nehemiah was troubled at heart. Nehemiah told the king about how the city of Jerusalem was in ruins and asked for permission to rebuild it. Not only that, but he also asked for resources to rebuild it.   “But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. ” – Psalm 13:5 Psalm 13 is one of the shortest psalms of David, and yet a powerful one. In this psalm, three times he asks, ‘ How long? ’ indicating a phase of deep distress and abandonment in his life. He begins this psalm by asking God, “ How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?” Just as David did, when we are in distress, abandoned, lonely and forgotten.
